ARCHITECTURAL SURVEYS

At MTM we inspect all visible and accessible areas of the property including walls, cellars, floors, windows, doors, roofs, garages and more. We provide you with accurate drawings, to scale, showing the results we obtained during the survey, delineating all pertinent information, including thorough external and internal inspection of the property resulting in a comprehensive survey report.  MTM Architectural Surveys show all existing features of the property. We document all the data on site including but not limited to damages, leaks, and complications the space has that would interfere with the purpose our client intends to use the space. 

MEP SURVEYS

Documenting MEP as part of the infrastructure creates insight to how a building operates. Here at MTM we have different levels for documenting the information based on your plans for the space. Documenting the basic services of the space, basic capacities of Mechanical and electrical.  We also Verify ADA with plumbing fixtures of an existing layout. Going into the next level of documentation and depending on the type of mechanical system, MTM can document the mechanical fresh air, supply & return duct runs. This helps develop a more completed REflected ceiling plan for documenting the lighting layout. All included but not limited to.

MATTERPORT

Imagine walking into a space from the convenience of your laptop or smart device. Our system is simple and fully automated using our 3D camera and Ipad. We capture all the details of an interior space and create a real time experience for the viewer. Our technology works equally well whether a space is being remodeled, staged, under construction or even empty. We use Matterport to provide you with precise visualization and offer detailed insights on the space. Measurements can be deducted from the virtual walk through video and links to products are an optional feature to add.
